The Marker Dialog Box

The New Marker dialog box used to create a new marker and the Edit Marker dialog box used to modify an existing marker are identical, only their titles differ.

A marker correspondons to a point of interest or a location and is graphically represented by an Icon on the main Map and can hold different sorts of information such as texts, pictures, HTML code, etc. To create a new marker, use the New > Marker… command from the main menu: this opens the New Marker dialog box in which you can define your marker's properties.
